Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our dumpster rental services, all refunds and cancellations
are subject to the terms below.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations after dispatch may be non-refundable.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Delivery, fuel, or service fees already incurred may not be refundable.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

Service Issues

Customers must report service issues within 24 hours of delivery.
